Don't Let Your Purse Weigh You Down

1. First things first, seek out the right shaped bag. Purses can get heavy so search for a lightweight bag with a wider strap to help distribute the weight. Thinner straps end up digging into your arm or shoulder, which can create pain after a while.

2. Only carry your "essentials." Most of us carry objects in our bag that we do not use throughout the day. Keep your heavier items such as a make-up bag in your car instead of lagging it around town. If you're a mama we understand you want to have everything available for your baby, just think what you will need for that time your out of the house.

3. Handle with Care. Choose a short handled bag over a long strapped one unless it's a cross body bag (which are awesome!) Regularly alternating shoulders helps ease tension in your back, neck & shoulders.

We just received a shipment of clutches & cross body bags from Cleo Bella Handbags. Come check them out, the girls at Roka will help you find your perfect bag.
